Festival summer is coming to an end... I am blown away. I had the time of my life! 🌞

My gig at Lusatia Festival on Friday evening 20-22:00 was the most satisfying I ever had. When I started playing there were about 200 people on the stage who were really into dancing already and when I was finished, there were well over 1000. It was just crazy 😳 

Such a great pleasure to celebrate the finale with so many friends and familiar faces from the scene. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Dieser KataHaifisch Podcast ist gleichzeitig ein Live-Recording von der letzten KataHaifisch Party. Für diesen besonderen Anlass haben wir die Newcomerin adrija zu unserem Event nach Hannover eingeladen. Dort präsentierte sie uns eine Show, mit einem Set, was seines gleichen sucht. 
In dieser Nacht bespielte adrija das Mephisto mit dem wahrscheinlich besten, was die aktuelle Melodic Techno Szene so zu bieten hat. Abwechslungsreiche Basslines, spannende Synths und epische Arrangements wurden 2 Stunden lang einem fasziniert-begeisterten Publikum vorgetragen. 
Mit einem strahlenden Lächeln spielte sich adrija auf ewig in unsere (musikalischen-) Herzen.

Der Trip nach Mexiko Vorpommern. Eine sehr private Angelegenheit. Deep Atmospheres - non linear, wie der Alltag damals im Juni. Von Happiness über das Leben, Family und Friends bis hin zu Kraftlosigkeit, weil man sich mit Anwälten beschäftigen muss. Die ganze Story hört ihr nun hier.

📀 Auf dem Stein 📀

✍️ Ich lehne mich entspannt zurück und lasse die Beine über den Abgrund baumeln. Nach einer knapp zwei tätigen Wanderung tut dieser Moment des einfach nur dasitzens unglaublich gut. Mit einer knapp zehnköpfigen Reisetruppe und unserem einheimischen Reiseführer haben wir den Koloss aus Stein letztendlich doch bezwungen. Zeitweise waren viele von uns am zweifeln. Der Aufstieg war streckenweise sehr beschwerlich und gefährlich. Die Pfade um den Berg herum sind provisorisch und unsere Wanderausrüstung eher rudimentärer Natur. Trotz der sich immer wieder auftuenden Hürden und Strapazen, hat unserer Guide nie daran gezweifelt, dass wir den Aufstieg schaffen werden. Dieses Vertrauen war sehr inspirierend und im Nachhinein betrachtet, genau das was wir als Gruppe gebraucht haben. Nun sitze ich glücklich und zufrieden hier oben auf dem Berg und lasse meinen Blick über die atemberaubende Natur schweifen. 

🎵 Dieser KataHaifisch Podcast beginnt mit einem höchst einzigartigen und unverwechselbar Intro. Dieser Vibe des besonderen durchzieht das gesamte Set. during our journey through the beautiful and diverse country of israel we had the opportunity to spend the night on a rooftop in the center of the historic part of jerusalem. just in sight of all the major religious monuments which make this place so special.
I recorded this set when I was supposed to pack my bag and we listened to it about a hundred times during our stay. by far the most special time was the one at the rooftop after a very short night under the stars. 4:20 in the morning. woken by all these incredible sounds coming from dozens of different churches, mosques and synagogues. the sunrise at the horizon.
it was an honour and an incredible experience to be a guest in this beautiful country.

4:20am in jerusalem

when we got up at 5am to take a hike to lions head we were rewarded with a moment of perfection as the sun rose above the mountain rages in the near distance. it presented us with the most beautiful setting of light I have ever whitnessed while the clouds poured over the mighty stone edge of table mountain like a waterfall. what a beautiful glimpse of nature.
I only had the pleasure once to be in this beautiful place, but I hope to return very soon. and when I recently discovered the beauty of the world music / weltmusik genre I realised that this is the sound to what I saw.... so  in my mind, these melodies take me back.

at home though I explore other ways to express myself and communicate with you through more trippy, soft and or playful sounds. to get on electronic journeys.
