After the indefinite hiatus of San Antonio ska band Kevin Goes 2 College, vocalist Jen Cavazos was left without an output until she and then bassist of Silent Minority Juan Luna had the idea to start something new and fresh. Together they enlisted talent from other ska and punk bands around SA including Graded by x's bass player Nick Valdez, percussionist Daniel Martinez, and Horn players to Spies Like Us, Laith Fisk , Gilbert Covarrubias, & Jeremy Garza. Bite Lip Bleed's music consists of all the ideas that have been planted before with many other bands, but had never truly blossomed until their recent formation. Bite Lip Bleed's music includes a blend of Dance, Punk, Indie, and Ska, among other sounds heard deep in the heart of the SA music scene
