"It's only fitting that a chance encounter would land this latest mix on the illustrious Pacific Spirit. What began as a bit of a "mood board" for a project in the works turned into a 90-minute soundtrack for your next late train through the stratosphere. Oftentimes, my favorite genres are the ones without names. Ambient-adjacent? Cinematic Rock? Failed Funk. Busted Boogie. Cosmic Nonsense... anyway, I followed my ears and ended up here. I hope you enjoy the ride."

"The Disco Fiend Club mix series powered by the Nocturnal Hazard record label returns with it's second mix with a very special guest, music friend and forthcoming artist of our record labels Hiatt DB from the Razor N Tape and Rhythm Section fame. The Texan young gun is a fearless DJ, music producer and record collector characterized for his mature taste for music playing and producing top-notch spaced-out discofied stuff with remarkable adult oriented rock and balearic influences on his music productions and DJ sets. He also runs his own edit label Discognosis that recently released it's first record including four solid disco cuts edited by the man himself. We're pleased to have two forthcoming edits produced by Hiatt on our main record label Nocturnal Hazard and on it's new sub-label Psychic Disco for it's first V.A four-track debut release. For this occasion, Hiatt provided us an one hour mix with a outstanding balearic discofied music selection of peak-time hidden gems including his forthcoming tune on our forthcoming Psychic Disco label and also his stuff released on his own imprint back in April of this year.
