"For this one I definitely leaned into a little more of a dark and menacing vibe than I often do. I'll blame the bleakness that can come with New York winter and, well, the current state of the world in general certainly doesnt help. Despite all that, I really had fun playing with the idea of being amongst dying machines, lost in space for eternity, and having one's consciousness ripped to shreds by some kind of anomaly. That, and the idea that it could alternatively all be in your mind cause you've been lost for too long..."

Brooklyn-based DJ threehz brings a deep and dreamy perspective to an often-aggressive techno landscape, with a strong focus on textured, spiraling, playful psychedelia to appeal to both mind and body. For them, DJing and the dancefloor both represent a flow state - a sense of being present in the moment as you would during meditation, tuning out the noise of life and just existing in time and space where nothing else really matters.

A voracious reader and writer, they ever-thoughtfully explore human experience and interconnectedness through words, soundwaves, and the expansive, wobbling pulse of the dancefloor.

In addition to regular appearances at Basement, Nowadays, and Bossa Nova Civic Club, Lychee is part of the Antidote and Meridian event collectives, and previously ran Spontaneous Affinity, a monthly mix and interview series and occasional event platform focused on how dancefloors have shaped artists.

We're very excited to have Pure Immanence joining us tonight. 

Pure Immanence is the collaborative DJ project of Nick Bazzano and Kiddo Sincere. Specializing in every room of the rave, the duo is devoted to psychedelically affirming and expanding the felt experience of rave potentiality across genres including techno, ambient, progressive, trance, house, experimental, and beyond. Pure Immanence is known for performing and curating ambient programming for UNTER (2016–2023); their notorious Wednesday night Bossa residency (2015–2020); and appearances at raves, clubs, and festivals both in New York and abroad, including Merge, Mizz Softee, Nowadays, Basement, Sustain-Release, and WHOLE United Queer Festival.

Excited to have one of our favorite artists Amotik back on the show this week! Amotik takes the first hour and resident threehz follows in the second.

Berlin-based DJ and producer Amotik has been quietly making waves since his move to the city in 2014. Known for his driving, energetic, and atmospheric sound, he has cemented his position as a versatile figure in modern techno, both in the DJ booth and the studio.

Debuting in 2015 with a series of EPs on his self-titled imprint and later making guest appearances on 47, BPitch, and Figure, 2019 saw the release of his debut album, 'Vistār,' accompanied by a live tour, followed by the release of his second album 'Patanjali' in 2022. Both received acclaim from notable publications such as Mixmag and Groove Magazine, firmly establishing Amotik as a visionary producer. Groove Magazine, in particular, lauded him as one of their top 30 producers in their 2022/23 yearly poll.

2023 saw the launch of a new record label, AMTK+, providing a platform for like-minded artists who inspire him. Alongside his label endeavours and a touring schedule that has taken him to Berghain, De School, Fabric, Fuse, Khidi, and Printworks, to name a few.

NYC-based sound artist and curator KXAH weaves a spectrum of techno, acid, EBM, and textured electro into immersive, long-form sets. She plays with tension and release, shaping journeys where tracks merge and shift seamlessly, pulling listeners through subtle surges and peaks. As a curator at Silence Please, she works with ambient music and artists - from electronic performers to vinyl selectors - helping craft immersive listening experiences and support the studio’s vision for depth and presence in sound. In performance, she experiments with modular-patch setups, sculpting evolving textures and baselines. Her sound can be heard at clubs and event series across the East Coast and Midwest, carrying the pulse of underground scenes and DIY culture.
