It's a stab with satire looking at the absurdity of American culture with respect to American culture. Think Pastiche, Dada-esque sound scape that paints a picture of the generation that we are, the struggles we come from, the turbulence we rise above, and the challenges we have yet to deal with. How do we cope? We are here. Now.  The past is a myth, the future does not exist, the presence is a gift. We follow our passions and stay the course.  We focus and hold no bars.  How do we survive? By perseverance.

Test subject 1.10 @fibreoptixxx travels inward, longing for the forgotten, fixating on glimpses of memories and experiences that have become warped across time and space. This introspective journey is filled with distorted flashes of days bygone, making one acutely aware of the fragility of memory. The age-old deal we are all bound to, to trade the living moment in all its entirety, for mere fragments and gaps we wish we could fill.

"I imagined I was being sucked into a wormhole, and as I was floating through this ominous space I was being presented with different snapshots of my own memories, emotions and experiences. This mix is really special to me because it allowed me to explore the less functional side of my collection and taste, and delve into a style of mixing a bit outside of my comfort zone which was super rewarding." - Fibre Optixxx on his experience grappling with the visual stimulus provided.

@diletamtl: This mix is an experiment in dynamics between various ultramodern 'cool vibe' corkers and house stompers, with some UKG and 100-something drummy chugging thrown in for good measure. When assembling it, I tried to focus on two things. First, rhythm juggling and layering, often changing between diagonal lift and forward propulsion, and second, toying with the impression of free fall through the use of ascending and descending high-pitched synths and abrupt drum pattern changes. There's also a fair share of cheeky fun inside. Thanks so much for listening!
