It must have been mid 2017 when I first listened to a series called ‘Stoner Loners’ on SC. And that was it for me, it triggered the idea of having my own personal library of mixes. Many years have pass and now finally Bill has arrived at FR with his typical beam of pure psychedelia and nostalgia. 

Bill Spencer (@billspencer) is a DJ, radio host, and record digger whose selections trace decades of late-night listening, overlooked releases, and hand-to-hand musical exchange. A true spirit of the music, based on Detroit, where he lives with his loved wife & son.
