Hobin Rude - Fading Silhouettes (Fabri Lopez Remix) [LuPS Records]

Rossie @rossie_music and Plecta @plecta86 join forces for the first time on Univack to deliver a vibrant and sensorial EP, composed of two original tracks and a remix by Argentinian producer Agustin Pietrocola@agus-pietrocola . “Matala / Cariló” moves fluidly between Progressive House and Organic House, filled with rhythmic richness, sonic nuance, and a strong personality that aligns perfectly with the spirit of the label.

“Cariló” opens the journey with tribal energy, precise percussion, immersive ethnic vocals, and acidic textures that build a bold identity and make an immediate impact on the dancefloor. In “Matala”, the mood becomes brighter, driven by a distinctive groove and bassline, blended with a wide palette of samples, effects, and sonic details that enrich every bar. To close the EP, Agustin Pietrocola transforms “Matala” into a more progressive and powerful version, adding sophisticated harmonic tension—ideal for emotional climaxes or deep nighttime sessions that require direction and depth.

John Cosani returns to the label with a trio of treats. 

Born of a love of all music, the naturally talented Argentinian has become one of progressive house’s unsung heroes. Captivating crowds from Buenos Aires to Melbourne, John’s deep passion transcends his humble beginnings as a resident DJ. Signed to onedotsixtwo, Warung and more, his sound is unmistakable. 

Opening the EP with ‘Snano’, tough, rumbling bass and sparse percussions give way to detailed sonics and a dark hook that grooves with unencumbered joy. Mutating over the break with filters, the tension rises for a massive second half; the dancefloor a mass of gyrating bodies and warm smiles. 

Next up, ‘Idid’ builds and builds and builds. The perfect mid-set bruiser, warm sweeps and spoken words set the stage as aquatic synths draw you in - deep trance at its finest.  The ebbs and flows never lose their heads, and never become repetitive. A work of genius. 

Finally, ‘Habana’ rounds out the pack in fine form. More percussive than the others, touches of samba add sophistication. Spiky synths mark time as wild analogue arps and vocal ad libs  take the dance floor into ecstasy. Deep, satisfying and utter devastating from the master craftsman.

Argentinian DJ and producer Sabrina Rivas, hailing from La Plata, Buenos Aires, has steadily built her reputation in the electronic music arena since launching her DJ career in 2022 and moving into production in 2023. Her latest release, Cosmic Roar, marks a triumphant return to Manual Music's MNL imprint, her first since dropping the track 'Warming Up' last year.

This new single delves into a darker, more atmospheric realm of progressive house, featuring two compelling cuts: the intense title track 'Cosmic Roar' and the broodingly evocative 'Unseen Ties.' Together, they reflect a matured creative direction enriched with depth and emotional weight.

German producer Frank Savio returns with his new Progressive House release, Poltergeist EP, out on October 2 via PURRFECTION.

The EP opens with Phobic, a brooding, tension-filled cut, and Falling From Spring, where melodic warmth meets driving rhythm. The title track Poltergeist anchors the release with its haunting atmospheres and dynamic sound design.

Remix support comes from Leandro Murua, who delivers an uplifting reinterpretation of Falling From Spring, while Dublew & goodkidd bring a darker, high-energy twist to Phobic. ShemoW adds a deep, late-night flavor, and Gowzer sharpens the EP’s club edge with a hypnotic groove.
