Just a bit of fun this mix, but one I've wanted to put together for a while. Featuring tracks, edits and samples from my 80s and 90s childhood.

I Am A Child Of The 80s Mix

It's summer. How's about a nice, nutritious salad?

Going back to my progressive house roots a bit for this one with a couple of stone cold classics in the mix, as well as  some newer wave stuff in the middle section. Just messing about really, but all good tunes in their own right so hope they all work well in the mix too.

Following the great feedback I've received about my 'I am a child of the 80s' mix I thought I would follow up with another mix of edits and other assorted bits and bobs from my childhood.

Winter Smorgasbord 2014

I've never put a hip hop mix together despite being a fan of it back in the 90s before wands like Kanye got involved. But when I was asked to 'think outside the box' for the Bedrock Board annual mix swap, I thought what the hell, give it a go. So this is my first ever hip hop mix. Nightshift

I was asked to play at my friends' 'Endless Summer' house party the other week. The brief was classic house, lots of vocals. The result is a smashed together smorgasbord of divas and hi hats with some sketchy mixing thanks to assorted beers/shots/toilet trips. Requests were given all night, and met, and this is the abridged version of the night. Classics mixes are really not my usual thing at all, but was fun nonetheless.
