The Mungrel formally known as DJ Terry Fursland had had his first experience of hard house in 1997 at Camden Palace for Imagination 1st birthday party and witnessed the legend Tony de Vit playing last set but didn't really fell in love with hard house until 2001 when a chance visit to SW1 club, Victoria on a sunday afternoon where Sunnyside up was holding one their famous end-of-weekend parties. six months later he had his set of decks and started learning how to mix whist going out and watching the likes of Skol, Roosta, Pete Wardman, Andy Farley, Paul Glazby, RR Fierce and Karim as influences towards his own mixing style.
In 2005 he had his first set for a small event called Twatted HARD at George IV in London's Brixton in which he gained residency. he then went on to get residency for Twatted's sister event NRGized and started playing reguarly for events Flashbak, Vital, Sundaze, Shine, Hazardous, The Gathering, Union with his unigue style of hard house and bounce.
One of Terry's biggest sets came in 2008 playing for Nightshift@Mass, Brixton whilst playing the same time as Lisa lashes, in different rooms and was responsible for emptying her room!
in january 2010 Terry decided to switch from bounce to NRG citing a new challenge and starting learning how to use the production software Fruityloops while under a new alias The Mungrel. He had his first release 'The Outlaw' a collaboration with good friend and producing mentor Sonny Summers with his first solo track 'Me and you' following just after. 
2012 will be a big year with collaborations planned with Phatt Beats, Tony Kaos, Chris Summers, Steve Marwood, Dave Gray and more to be announced! watch this space......peace!

Got my first set of decks of a friend of mine ( Graham Coleman) when i was just  14 listening to house hardbag and trance and spent most of first 8 months playing on turntables for 5-8 hours a day learning and teaching myself the ins and outs with friends and who ever wanted te listen and also playing house partys across dublin no matter the place just playing anywhere to get people to listen .. was an addiction so to speak :).. 

Played first club gig when i was 18 and have been playing in clubs everywhere still to do this day..

Played in Clubs such as The Vaults Dublin,,Music Fctory Carlow.Forum Cork. hedliners Kilkenny,, Radio City Dublin,, Liquid Bray.. The Tube Bray..The Pod (Tripod)...Purty Kitchen Dun Laoghaire..The Colony Wexford , Rugby Club Arklow, Kings 7, .. and many more :)

Following the major success of the launch night with Turtledog head honcho Dave Fierce Owens (Live) (Munkjack,curve pusher ) Many successful nights were to follow with acts such as Karim,Amp Attack, Valex, not to mention a monthlyappearance from Unity Recordings front man Pierce Rooney which sets on our stages and across the shore are second to none.

Jon Hemming rose to fame following the very popular shed sessions.  One of the very first live dj streams on Facebook. This brand has grown from
Strength to strength, hosting rooms at the iconic Emporium night club alongside Storm and the legendary shed sessions summer beach stage at Sundissential. This has created a strong following for the brand and for Jon.  Along side the shed sessions Jon has held residencies at stimulate, sundissential and Wax format and has had regular guest appearances at Gatecrasher, Storm, Rejuvenation and Tidy to name a few. Shed sessions also collaborated with tidy trax  to put on a vinyl only party which was a complete success. One of Jobs proudest achievements was playing along side all the legends at the Tony De it Vit 20th memorial event at the massive O2 academy in Birmingham. Jon has seen a lot of success in what appears to be a short space of time, however Jon is no newbie to the dj world. It all began in 1999 when he purchased his first set of turntables. From then the drive and ambition to succeed has never faded.  Jon’s style behind the decks is that of pure energy, he doesn’t take himself too seriously and his main goal is to deliver the best music at the right time of night. Jon is a dj that takes pride in really keeping the harder side house scene alive and he invites you to join him on a dance floor soon.
