The Nowhere Effect are an independent, three-piece pop/rock band based in Auckland, New Zealand. During the two years they've been playing together, Ewan Gubbins (Vocals/Bass), Nathan Boston (Guitar/Vocals) and Shellita Goldsmith (Drums/Vocals) have played the bars of Auckland and have been fortunate enough to open for NZ's Gin Wigmore, play at Tirau's biggest (and only) independent music festival, 'Neilstock' and have now just finished recording their crowd-funded debut EP, 'Bigger' at Auckland's Revolver Studios. Thier unique sound can been described as atmospheric pop/rock with an edge of darkness.
