The original release saw his first venture into a more Balearic side of things and rightly so, receiving the nod of approval from many respected names within the scene. So it was decided to expand this release further, connecting artists from Argentina, France, Canada, the US and the UK, all with one common love of the more delicate downtempo sounds.

Here we are with a collection of fresh versions from John Beltran, Eddie C, Coyote, Léna C, Pete Herbert, Ruf Dug, Blair French, Mr Beatnick, Coyote and the Earthly Measures crew. A sad private issue has kept me from posting for the last two months, but there is a huge mix that's waiting to be released since around the same time so now I can't let you wait any longer and have to finally put it out here where you can listen to this amazing hour of music of one of my "heroes":

@FredBerthet aka DJ Steef in my opinion is one of the most skilled editors out there. The way he crafts reknown songs into mesmerizing 21st century bangers of mighty groove and lost-in-sound contemplativeness, distilling their essentials, enhancing their atmosphere, sexyness and trippiness with perfectly dosed dub elements for me is absolutely mindblowing - I would really love to hear him playing live at a party! For those who like his music as much as I do, I recommend checking his vinyl outlet Biomix or his Bandcamp, where you can find some Biomix in digital format or delve into his current digital project "Love Saves".

I really hope you will enjoy this mix as much as I did, being excited by the beauty, intensity, profoundness and workmanship of those edits from beginning to end.

LOOM #13 — Procedural Fiction is an ambient sound installation and conceptual album derived from twelve abstract instructions. The work explores the paradox of creation — the tension between rule-bound systems and imaginative freedom.

The sonic and visual elements were co-created using generative AI platforms, treating the instructions as algorithmic procedure to produce a digital fiction. Each track is a sonic rendering of an imperative, utilizing minimalist electronic soundscapes, rhythmic ambiguity, and expansive drones to translate complex ideas into atmospheric form.

The music is a constructed void, designed to be unsettling yet contemplative, inviting the listener to find personal meaning within its austere, fabricated structure.
