Producing under the moniker Isoul8, as well as teaming up with Domu under the Rima alias for the incredible jazz/fusion album 'This World', Volcov is a truly important player in the underground music scene. Another addition to this series of edits. I was looping the start of Golden Lady at a gig recently and mixing it with something off Keep Up and it seemed like the right thing to do.

I love this track deeply so I hope you will forgive me chopping it - it is honestly done with love. Nothing could improve the original - I was simply taking it somewhere else for DJing purposes. x

Stevie Wonder - Golden Lady (Scrimshire Edit)

Well on the 25th Anniversary of this classic album they re-released it and in there was a version with just bass and vocals of this wonderpiece. 

The bass of Bakithi Kumalo is INCREDIBLE and deserves more notice. Although I'm not sure a dancefloor can sustain their interest for 5-6 minutes of bass and no beats - so I'm providing you with this educational re-edit. Enjoy in your more Balearic moments.
