“Starting Five” is a collection of the future pop/RnB sound that popularized Nieman.
These are a collection of songs from his Instagram “Draft Day” series. What started as drafts and
ideas were brought to life with full production. A play on basketball terminology, “Starting Five”
takes five of those drafts to the main stage. From heartbreak to first loves, this album covers it all!

Smooth, late-night R&B/hip-hop with a modern glow. Warm Rhodes and mellow acoustic guitar sit over a tight 808 pocket while a soulful lead slides between sing-rap and croon. It’s confident, playful, and romantic—the kind of rooftop-at-midnight track that woos without trying too hard. BPM ~90 (F# minor), airy harmonies on the hook, soft-fade outro.
