All 3 of these songs, were the result of me using writing music as a form of therapy for myself. Dealing with depression is a struggle too many of us are familiar with, so I wrote these songs to help climb out of that dark place. My hopes in sharing these songs, are that they are able to help others who are depressed, get through the dark times.

This song is about losing someone who used to be part of your everyday life, and learning how to carry them with you instead of just mourning them. It’s about grief, memory, and the way the people we lose never really leave us -  they live on in our hearts.🖤

At its core, this song was written about losing someone to addiction, and about how quickly life can change without warning.
