Meh-Li (Melli) (born Melvin Rozenblad) is a genre-fluid hip-hop artist from The Hague, Netherlands, whose voice is as versatile as his story. Formerly known as Bentley Fresh and Young Suspect, Meh-Li has evolved through multiple identities but now returns to the name that’s always been closest to home. With roots in street cyphers, chopped-and-screwed Houston tapes, and the melodic pulse of reggae and dancehall, Meh-Li’s sound defies categorization. He’s a shapeshifter in the booth, treating his voice like an instrument, morphing tone, cadence, and emotion to match the beat.

Influenced by legends like Lil Wayne, Nipsey Hussle, Drake, and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Meh-Li blends raw rap with melodic hooks, storytelling with swagger. His catalog spans everything from sultry club tracks to introspective verses, with lyrics that reflect love, hustle, nightlife, and the deeper corners of lived experience. Whether he’s dropping Arabic-infused flows, French hooks, or Jamaican rhythms, Meh-Li’s music speaks to a global audience without ever losing its personal touch.

A former member of Dubai-based rap group Custom Made DXB, Meh-Li earned early placements on MTV Middle East, VladTV, and ThisIs50. He’s collaborated with artists like Krayzie Bone, Two Tone, and Twanee, and once opened for Def Rhymz at Six Flags as a teen. His demo was crowned #1 on Dutch radio station JuizeFM, earning him a live performance slot that marked a turning point in his journey.

Now, after pulling his music from streaming platforms, Meh-Li is building a new catalog from scratch. 13 unreleased tracks and counting. He records from home, and is preparing to reintroduce his sound with consistency and clarity. His signature tag, “Me-Me-Mellie Baby,” voiced by his young niece, captures the heart behind the hustle: this isn’t just a rebrand — it’s a return to self.

With a growing presence on Instagram and TikTok, a fanbase spanning ages 17–34, and a voice that listeners consistently call “addictive,” Meh-Li is poised to make noise again. No gimmicks. No masks. Just the real him.
