Jill Johns and Anita Brown believe in, practice, and advocate for guilt-free self-care. Beyond physical practices that keep us well, the women discuss self care that often *isn't* talked about: acknowledging emotions and letting them inform decisions that will help make our relationships grow deeper and stronger.  Bringing barriers to emotional and physical self care into awareness is always step one with these two.
