Welcome to the PFG Movements inaugural mix :-)We have been away but we are back , and back with this stunning mix of pure quality from the legend that is Steve Marx . 

Sydney’ born and bred, Steve Marx has mastered his craft as a DJ over the last 20 years, moving to London in the mid 90’S, he was influenced by the huge brands of the time such as Renaissance, Slinky and Ministry of Sound.
 
He quickly became a trusted name alongside the greats such as Nick Warren, Sasha and Hernan Cattaneo, who till this day insist on him for support whenever they play down under!  
Now heading up the infamous onedotsixtwo label, with his cohorts Tripswitch and Gustin he is not just a DJ to be reconned with, but one of the taste makers of the progressive scene. 

Based back in his home town of Sydney and playing the biggest parties in Australia, Steve travels the world plying his craft at every opportunity, and is snapped up by promoters around the globe to play his amazing musical soundscapes. 
In recent years when returning to Europe, he has played alongside John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo and B2B with Eelke Kleijn cementing his place as a global name at the top of his game. 
 
At home in Sydney, alongside running his dance music show on Bondi Beach radio, he has regular appearances for Return to Rio, Boots and Catz among many more amazing events, it’s safe to say that Steve is a force to be reconned with for any dance floor!

Il Modo is back Stateside this week, at the residence of an artist fully in the moment. Earning rave reviews for his music from Promoters, DJ's and clubbers alike, Il Modo is stoked to bring you an exclusive set.... from Kaspar Tasane!!

Born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia, Kaspar Tasane has been named "the one to watch" by Soundgarden Resident Gustin, in DMC World Magazine. "His music just totally blows me away. It's elegant yet driving, and has a timeless energy that often reminds me of the mid 1990's progressive sound." 

Kaspar uses his experiences while growing up in Tallin and the European electronic music scene, to bring a unique flavour all of his own to the Progressive House sound. Kaspar's individual style has garnered support from the likes of trance legend Armin Van Buuren, who showcased his track "Fusha" at A State of Trance Festival 700. 

Kaspar has also captivated the attention of pillars like Paul Oakenfold, Solarstone, and Cosmic Gate. As his sound has since evolved into a more underground and progressive vibe , DJs like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Darin Epsilon, Anthony Pappa, Sandra Collins, Chris Fortier and many more have all publicly shown and professionally lent their support. 

As a DJ, Kaspar comes from an era before the sync button and USB sticks. After spinning at various club nights in Tallinn, Kaspar and DJ partner DTB quickly gained a residency at the hottest dance station of the time on Energy FM. Friday night's show, "Weekend Lift-off" rapidly became the most popular radio show in the capital, which resulted in trucking crates of vinyl all around the country. They landed gigs everywhere from the freshest clubs, to underground events, and even stages on major festival circuits. 

After transplanting back in the US, Kaspar continues to showcase his skills behind the decks. He has played at various raves and club events in Portland, Austin and San Antonio as well as Houston. He has shared the stage and opened up for the likes of Paul Oakenfold, Kenneth Thomas, First State, Myon & Shane 54 as well as countless others.
