Alberto discovered his passion for electronic music in 2013 where-in he was enveloped by the sounds of Deep Organic House turning his style slowly into more whimsical and atmospheric, and since then he has never looked back. Having gained recognition from artists across the globe and with massive releases on imprints like All Day I Dream, Hoomidaas, Akbal Music, EWBO, etc., he has cemented his feet firmly into the scene.

Nordic Voyage airs on Proton Radio on Mondays at 01:00 PST, 04:00 EST, 09:00 GMT, 09:00 UK Time. The show will also be available on demand as soon as it's aired.

We hope you enjoy listening back to those in attendance and those who couldn't make it we hope you enjoy the first time round. We tried to set the scene, without playing too soft but leaving plenty of headroom for Guy but mainly to get the party started for those that love melodic progressive house with some texture and groove. The room was nearly full at 10.30pm.

The 12th episode in our Sound Avenue Mixed series welcomes Pedro Sanmartin. Born in Barcelona but currently calling Norway home, the Spanish artist has carved out a unique place in the electronic underground. His haunting atmospheric storyboards, exotic percussive arrangements and deep immersive grooves have proved to be club-effective, earning the praise of Hernan Cattaneo, Pablo Bolivar and more. Emerging just over a decade ago, Pedro has taken his far-reaching sound to well-established imprints in Loot Recordings, Tenampa, Univack and Seven Villas, the latter of which has operated as his primary home. Sound Avenue has also been a landing spot for Pedro, with a well-received debut coming in 2019 with a contribution to the label's popular Correlation series, a release which would spearhead a second appearance on the series earlier this year. Now, following his latest vehicle for DP-6 Records, Pedro continues on an upwards trajectory as he returns to Sound Avenue for his first EP project entitled ‘Immersive Experience'.

The Prog Lab is a club night and record label based in Bristol, UK. We invite international guests to play in intimate venues and create an atmosphere that only Progressive House can deliver.
