Circus Records is excited to announce a new compilation album set to release March 24th. The album, named Grand Central will feature 11 brand new tracks from label founders Doctor P and Flux Pavilion, as well as an array of artists from around the globe. This compilation will also mark the first outings on Circus Records for Lets Be Friends, Fox Stevenson, Dead Exit, Robots Can't Dance and Nezzo. Grand Central highlights some new sounds from Circus while still holding true to the orginal formula the label was founded on.
 
Starting in March, the Imprint will be taking these new sounds around the nation as they embark on the Grand Central Tour. This tour will feature an exclusive album launch party at Miami’s Grand Central on March 25th. It it sure to be a Tueday unlike any other as Circus Records takes over the legendary venue with a massive lineup including Flux Pavilion, Doctor P, Cookie Monsta, Lets Be Friends, Mizuki and more surprise guests to be announced.

The dub mix of ‘Headrush’ has already had heavy dubplate support from the likes of Flux Pavilion, Mistajam and SkisM to name a few, but the track has been taken to lofty new heights by the unmistakable vocals of one of the most sought after vocalists on the scene, Miss Belle Humble. On the flip, the epic ‘Falling Skies’ will raise the hairs on the back on your neck right before snapping it. Off the back off the well received 'Crown Jewels EP' Regal are back with their second EP release of 2012. Introducing Ad Gannon, a 21-year-old producer from South East London, making a drum & bass debut on Regal Records, specialising in only the best and most promising young talent in the scene.

REG007 kicks off with the title track 'Sentient' which keeps it rough from the start. Not for the lightweights, the build-up delivers what it promises. With a dirty bassline and techno-infused effects, this monster of a tune is in the twilight zone between drum & bass and drumstep, flaunting the production genius of Ad Gannon. Keeping the hopes high, 'Black Light' delivers a slightly more lighthearted dance anthem, with equally much sound swagger. With influences in early 2000s drum & bass, this tune is jazzy and captivating, luring us into a certain dance-induced euphoric haze. Absolutely sublime.

Third in store we have 'Bad Trip'. There is a lot going on in this fast-paced roller, yet the simplicity of the top melody makes it catchy and undeniably suitable for dance floors. It is impossible to ignore the energy, better just give in and let the music take you on its own trip. To round off the EP 'Space Snake' is an eclectic mix of a hint of hardcore influence, industrial basslines, slowed down broken beats and psychedelic use of vocals, culminating in another serious roller.

This release is nothing but a proof of a serious young talent, that is Ad Gannon. Already getting recognition and DJ support from the likes of Andy C, Cyantific, DC Breaks, Bailey, to name a few. Watch this space for more promising talent brought to you by Regal Records.

Ministry of Sound has partnered with Nissan to create the world's ultimate mobile sound system - the JUKE Box. Louder than a jumbo jet in take-off, the technical know-how for the JUKE Box comes from sound experts Martin Audio, who designed and built the current system in The Box - the main room at our London home.

Building on the Ministry of Sound ethos of 'creating the moments people live for', together with Nissan we turned to Martin Audio to create a 150 decibel, 18,900W sound system, which is completely self-sufficient in terms of power and production. Thanks to its custom-built 19 kilowatt rig, the JUKE Box's sound system fits into a standard Nissan JUKE. A set of custom-made cabinets and enclosures housing two 18inch powered sub units and the same Mid Hi enclosures that are used at Ministry of Sound enable exceptionally loud output without compromising on sound quality.

This is the first in a 2-part webisode below created to coincide with the Juke's debut at Le Mans 24 hour endurance race in June 2012, giving you a behind the scenes look at the JUKE Box coming to life - from invention through to realisation.

Viper Recordings are proud to announce the exclusive signing of rising dubstep outfit, Koven. Hailing from London, Koven is the production alias of 20 year old producer Max Rowat and Vocalist Kate Ashton. 

Having released their free debut EP, ‘Wake You Up’ in December of 2011, the EP was undoubtedly a strong follow-up to their recent break into the scene and saw support from UKF, Inspector Dubplate, Ministry Of Sound, Radio1, XFM and many more. Koven’s tracks have now been cropping up in the sets of some of the scene’s biggest names with an official remix of Borgore’s ‘Flex’ and their recent remix of ‘Suffocate’ by The Prototypes on Shogun Audio. 

Koven are now set to join Futurebound’s Viper Recordings – the label that launched the careers of such heavy-hitters as the Brookes Brothers, Sigma, Camo & Krooked, ShockOne, Seven Lions, Delta Heavy, DC Breaks, Metrik, InsideInfo, Smooth and many more.

With their debut single for Viper, ‘More Than You’ due in early 2013, Koven are kicking off the new year with a bang. The duo have just finished developing their new live set which is packed with energetic tracks all infused with grinding bass combinations and effortless musicality, creating a fantastic live performance. Along with their solo work, Koven are also contributing production work on Hadouken’s forthcoming album, as well as collaborations with Modestep.
