"After the huge succes of our Daniel Pinho EP in July, Chrom proudly presents another typcial summer EP. The artist behind our new one is Matt Dwellers. Born and bred in France, Matt moved to Australia. After dwelling within deep and melodic atmospheres throughout Australia, Matt Dwellers' sound has grown in experience and enthusiasm for out-of-the-box creation. From Melbourne to Brisbane, he has made it through many venues and festivals with the same hunger for new experiences and enlightment. With melancholic elements often overthrown by brilliant melodies, Matt's creations fell within a range of deep progressive and minimal styles. But Matt has now returned to his homeland and is willing to explore a whole new direction in his own genre. Discover his sound in this beautifull EP called "Marginal" which he made for Chrom and contains 3 orginals.

On top of that we also added 2 remixes. On the first one we take the chance to present you AkpaLa: the brand-new Organic House project of our own label manager Pedro Mercado together with his female partner Na Te, which they started up during the covid lockdowns. AkpaLa stands for sexy, bohemian, hedonistic, oriental, ethnic, shamanic and spiritual sounds with a female touch – inspired by events such as Burning Man and Gardens of Babylon. AkpaLa released already 1 official remix under this new monniker (for Marcovits on Uzons Records), so this one for Chrom is their second one, with a lot more to come in the near future! The second remix comes from Grzegorz Ochman, aka Greg Ochman, from Kalwaria Zebrzydowska in Poland. Greg has found himself touted as one of the next big things in the allconquering European Organic House scene. The Polish producer has had an impressive run of recent quality releases and remixes on labels such as Lost Miracle, Radiant., Bar25, Go Deeva, Plattenbank, Univack, Warung, Dialtone Artvibes,... so we are more than happy to have him now on Chrom."

The Reactivitz - Back To The Old School [There Is A Light]

Antaares is a young musician and Live-act from Mexico-City.  Despite his young age, he is already a big reference in the Mexican downtempo scene.
But he has also made a name for himself in Europe and played at festivals such as Fusion in Germany.   Ataraxia is the first single of his upcoming EP on Amselcom, which will include remixes by Ninze and O/Y as well. 
This song was already on a wave of hype during the turn of the year and got support by DJs like Mira Kater, Seth Schwarz & Acid Pauli. The elegance of deep dub sounds are garnished with melancholy brass melodies that seem like fragments of distant memories.
