Grief is universal. Everybody will experience the inevitability of loss and change at some time in their life.
According to Swiss psychiatrist, Dr Elisabeth Kübler-Ross there are "five stages of grief".  And these five stages are represented by a series of emotional phases; including denial, anger, bargaining, depression and finally acceptance. 
In this feature, Deborah Bauer examines these 5 stages of Grief through the stories and experiences of four people whose lives were transformed through loss and change.
