Friday the 15th of August a huge amount of artists got together in Nottingham to celebrate the birthdays of Kriptik and Scheme with a massive turn out and live set!

The set was recorded for our Headtop Sessions series and the visual filmed by JDZ Media will be dropping very soon.

Featuring artists such as Kriptik, Eljay, Lox, Mk, Mossie, Ak, Mez, Kannan, Forca, Sub Zero, Scheme, Rame, Finchie, Ludah alongside DJ's Kdubz, Prince Yellz and Curtz

There were also two live clashes on this set, Subzero vs Forca and Ludah Vs Finchie. This is one of the hottest grime sets you will download this year so make sure you grab it and share it!

Based in Bristol, ‘Corrupted Mind’ is smashing out tunes galore on the DnB scene. This time he’s teamed up with Nottingham based ‘Kriptik’ for some down and dirty grime DnB. 

The track has loads of bass, a steady tempo, some real clean drums and the lyrics form kriptik just straight up kill it.  

With both of them still coming up through the ranks. These 2 are ones to look out for in years to come.

Fresh out on ‘Gorilla warfare’ is the new “Rave Alert” EP by ‘Corrupted Mind’. 
Based in Bristol ‘Corrupted mind’ is making waves on the DnB scene, and his back log of tracks just keeps on coming.  

First up is “Rave Alert”
Whirling subs, attacked synths and low-def drums make this a great little starting track on this 6 Track EP.

Second up is “Selecta” (instrumental)
This one is on here for all the budding DnB MC’s out there. With loads of bass and a steady tempo, let your creativity go wild.

3rd on the EP is “Selecta” Ft Kriptik.
For those of you not into reaching for your muse and getting busy with a pen. Let Nottingham based Kriptik lay down the bars. You won’t be disappointed. 

Perfectly placed in the middle of the EP is “Clash Culture”
Punchy Sublines, distorted drums and sharp topper and hats, this one’s a real bouncer.  

“Sound test” comes second to last.  
From the get-go you get a real industrial feel. Lots of mechanics, Lazers, tight toppers and risers galore. And, If it hasn’t already been invented. I’m going to say robotic subs.

Last up is “Droplets”
To be expected from the track title. Its all about water (My Friend). Watery FX’s, Flowing basslines and the attack mode turned up to the max, vibrations in water are go.
