“PEARIS J.” Biography
"Ladies love to say Pearis J.", thats what this extraordinary talent goes by. Pearis J. has a vintage soul that allows him to put an old school feel to this new industry. Coming from a middle class mother of 6, life was a struggle for Pearis but he never used it as an excuse. Being In and out of jail since the age of 14, Pearis found his voice & wrote his first song at 16. With go-go being popular in the DMV community, naturally he joined a band. Pearis used his involvement in the band to his advantage & used it to practice his vocal skills while perfecting his craft. At age 19, Pearis started working with, songwriter Carmel Frith and producer Mike Bombz and Arron, which took his sound to the next level. Traveling back and forth to the ATL, while being around super songwriter and producer Blak Elvis, showed him that music was his passion. He’s been recording music and videos for the past year it is finally time to release his mixtape on May 5th entitled, “Its Time”. Since the release of his mixtape, Pearis J. has performed at the Universoul Circus, opening up for Def Jam recording artist August Alsina, at the legendary Howard Theatre, and being featured as a spotlight artist, with 93.9 WKYS P-Stew, on #DMVsOwn Upcoming events for Pearis include Universoul Circus in Baltimore, a Back to School tour, and future endeavors with Cricket Wireless. Pearis J. is currently working on the release of his new single, “Sad Song”. “Sad Song” is scheduled to be released on MTV as well as Worldstarhiphop.com.

Diego Cool is a rap artist, actor, and successful entrepreneur based in Winston-Salem.

Born as Jacoby Rashad Conner, the artist originally hailed from Statesville, North Carolina. He discovered a passion and talent for music at a young age. When he was only in 9th grade the artist started taking music seriously. He found an inner-strength by using his voice as a vehicle for empowerment and artistic expression.

After school, Diego Cool attended the Art Institute of Charlotte where he developed his skill and expertise in digital film. Now, with his education behind him he has his sights set on breaking into the music and film industries.

Life wasn’t always easy for Diego Cool, and he often found himself in life-threatening scenarios that would have crippled the confidence of many other people. In 2014, Diego Cool survived a shot wound in his neck. This was a life-changing moment, which led Diego to an epiphany. Ever since this experience the artist is working tirelessly on spreading his music and message all around the world.

Diego Cool is a living example of the strength and endurance an artist needs to never give up and follow their dreams. Today, he creates world-class hip-hop with a nod to the classics of the genre, while retaining a refreshing modern twist.
