Panic City has been lighting up Hype Machine for a while now thanks to his high energy remixes for Mad Decent, Interscope, Sony, and more. Most recently his remix of Zedd’s “Find You” hit #1 on the remix chart, quickly amassing 160k plays. Building on a string of successful releases this year, My Digital Enemy are further establishing themselves as one of the most exciting house acts in the UK, releasing new track 'Don't Give Up' on their own 'Zulu Records' label on 30th June.

Going from strength to strength, 'Don't Give Up' blends melodic chords, stuttered vocal samples and a cool and gritty bassline on the drop that's guaranteed to fill floors this summer.

The Brighton based pair Serg and Kieron, who have worked together on various projects for over 10 years, have kicked off 2014 in fine form. Aside from producing, the duo have been busy on the decks at Miami's WMC conference, where their remix of Matteo DiMarr & Dashka's 'Closer' recieved huge reactions as well as running Zulu & Vudu Records, topping respected house charts with releases.

January saw 'Shamen', receive support from industry heads Pete Tong, Steve Angello & Danny Howard as well as featuring on Tiësto's Clublife Afterhours Essential Mix, with further releases on Vudu Records and Toolroom in May gaining similarly high acclaim.

As producers in 2013 they managed to notch up an impressive five Beatport House top ten tracks. Three of those in the top three spot, with their original track 'Wrong' hitting number one and staying there for six weeks.

With their productions continually in demand, a series of releases on high profile labels such as Toolroom, X Recordings and their own Zulu & Vudu records, as well as a busy DJ schedule that sees them playing amongst others, Toolroom Knights in Ibiza, My Digital Enemy are set for great things in 2014.

This the result of 2 sessions at a writerscamp; The Voyagers worked with Haris to get the nice break with amazing vocals. And I worked with The Voyagers on the catchy groovy drop. Really happy with this track, the drop melody might be the one of the most catchy melody's I ever wrote and I love the fresh input by The Voyagers. Off the back of another incredible summer that saw 'Cool You Off', 'Breathin' and 'Make Me Feel Good' become staples in the Beatport chart, EDX looks set to finish the year with the same gusto as he started with his latest EP, 'Collateral Effects', coming through on Enormous Tunes on 1st December. 

With his progressive sound specifically designed to make people smile, the two-track EP delivers some of EDX's signature melody work that'll instantly brighten up the dance floor. Its title track 'Collateral Effects' features an elevating, nu-disco beat that's layered with soft male vocals and hints of string and percussion work, whilst the B side named 'Empathy' takes things deeper with a dominating kick drum - and a great demonstration of Maurizio Colella, aka EDX's long-standing dedication to the scene.

After gracing the bill alongside Avicii and Laidback Luke at Ibiza's coveted open air club Ushuaia bcd in August, EDX is currently undergoing a massive tour of North America; proving that 2014 has been another stellar year for the Swiss. Besides his notable release success, EDX continues to head up his weekly 'No Xcuses' global radio show which presents the works of both popular and up-and-coming house producers' from around the world - and he's also a member of up and coming Swiss collective Helvetic Nerds. 

With an official music video for 'Make Me Feel Good' on the horizon and a remix of Sandy Rivera's BANG! coming through on Ultra Records, 'Collateral Effects' is a perfect way to round off the year and will see you right through the winter months.
