I've never felt community quite like this... It was a magical enclave amid the quirky and curious folk of golden bay and beyond. Such a beautiful spot in the nature with new friends that felt very familiar.

This is a tribute to Simon to whom this gig would not have transpired.  Thanks mate.. And although you since curiously decided it was time for you to pass on I will always remember those cherished times. 

To a legend, to a friend, to a warrior of the light - we will see you again soon.

More sunbathed melodies for the Sunset Lovers this week come from one passionate balearic selector from Cambridgeshire, UK, Mikee, well-known as Balearic Unlimited.

Balearic Unlimited story is one of a lifelong love of music. 

Mikee has been playing at many events and parties since the late 90s. With the advent of digital platforms, he has been able to further play out at local venues by appearing at Pikes Hotel Ibiza, The Secret Garden Party, WOM, and DeFest.

He has also collaborated with Back to The Beach, ESC, Brum Radio Collective (with Tom Belte), and Rising Edge Radio. Returning to Pikes Poolside this year, and with some great gigs incoming, Mikee submitted a mix for Sunset Lovers that includes new and old music of the kind he would play in his early evening sets.

Anne Clark (14 May 1960 in Croydon, London, United Kingdom) is an English new wave music artist. Her experimental music makes her a major artist of the 1980s: the lyrics are indeed not sung. In 1982, Anne Clark released her first album The Sitting Room, which she composed entirely from scratch. Later, David Harrow joins her and the duo will then co-sign the albums. The tracks Our Darkness and Sleeper in Metropolis are considered as must-haves of new wave and cold wave music in the 1980s.
