I think most of us are sick of seeing the 1% flying to climate conferences in their private jets, and telling us we need to recycle and re-use more. There's so much hypocrisy and misinformation being delivered by the oligarchs: this song is for them.

The Real Enemy

This track is about the nature of reality and retro-causal time loops: if all time exists as a single geometric object, then the future and the past co-create each other. It also references Dr Garrett Lisi's "theory of everything", which proposes our 3D reality is derived from an 8-dimensional mathematical construct called E8.

This song is about climate change. In Australia we're regularly told that we have to keep selling coal because of all the jobs that will be lost if we stop. Reality check: is it worth building the empire if it's underwater?

Empire

This track just emerged from a video I made about the Odessa VCO for my geeky modular synth channel Mod*u*lar. I didn't intend to make it into a finished track but I really liked all the parts I'd made by the end of the video, so I merged it all together and this was the result.

Evening Star

A track about the Patriot Act 2.0, surveillance, PRISM and our Orwellian world. Partly inspired by the video game Cyberpunk 2077.

Downtempo / dream pop / trip-hop / psychedelic. Glitchy-metaphysical electronica, often with female vocals. 
 
The real ok boomer is Pete Carnac, co-founder of Nettwerk dream pop band Single Gun Theory.
