We are Hotel India; a pop/rock/psychedelic/indie band, formed in the summer of 2008. Our personnel consists of Ross, Ross, Ross (again), Scott and Paul and we hail from Falkirk and Paisley. Since our inception, we have formed a close bond with one another, practicing rigorously and gigging regularly.
We have played in front of sell-out crowds in London and Glasgow, at venues such as King Tut s Wah Wah Hut, The Hope and Anchor, the Barrowlands and the 02 Academy. In 2010, we supported recent breakthrough act, Kassidy, shortly before they were signed to Vertigo Records. 
Each member of the band brings their own musical influences to the studio to produce an experience which is both original and familiar. Spiralling guitar riffs, vocal harmonies, rocking drum beats, driving bass lines and melodic choruses forges the sound of Hotel India. We have a contemporary style and sound that is in tune with the current UK music scene, but which also draws nostalgic similarities to the youthfully, optimistic music of the 1990s.
