The artist is formally known as J. Peezy, but as time ticked and growth transpired, a transition occurred and caused Daddy Peezy to evolve. Daddy Peezy is a lover of different genres of music, as he started out playing the drums in church. His love for music also lead to him singing in the youth choir. Eventually, the peer pressures of life steered Peezy in the wrong direction and after many years of repeating troubling cycles in life, he decided it was time to go back to his roots.
  With an upcoming EP in the works, Daddy Peezy is back with a new sound for gospel rap. As many people are blinded by the fabrications of the world, they are unable to perceive what is real.
