The intro to this track is a plagiarism of social media posts by an old man on Merseyside. He is deeply dedicated to Covid-19 conspiracy theories. His impressive array of antennae beneath camouflage net in his back garden scan the short wave bands, while his steerable parabolic tracks disused Iridium communication satellites to intercept secret messages from the networks of Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg.

Forget the World Health Organisation. Forget those teams of committed and highly qualified medics developing vaccines. They know NOTHING compared to this bearded patriarch. He is the definitive expert and he KNOWS that everybody else on the planet had been duped by the media.

Or maybe he is trying to deflect the world from one simple secret. That he is scared of needles and would say anything other than to admit his phobia.

The Q club. Used to be called McQueen. In a dark back street behind the City Road. Street called Tabernacle Street because it ran behind John Wesley's original chapel.

Le Scat, Rue de la Verrerie, Aix-en-Provence. Bears an amazing relationship with the old Liverpool Cavern Club in Mathew Street. Fantastic live music. Guy running the place bore an uncanny resemblance to Roger Eagle.

The Arch Bar, Ramsgate Harbour. Like a pirate's cave. Enough booze to sink a battleship. Amazing party atmosphere.

This song is based on the accapella with Candi Staton taken from the album Defected Accapellas Deluxe Vol. 11. I always felt that the song would sound good in a gospel setting. My aim was to produce something that would sound equally good in both a disco and a church. Hopefully this mix pushes across this lady's message in a different way than before.  I hope I did her justice.
