Slightly Transformed bring us a long-player from New York-based DJ, producer and re-editor Patrick Sullivan, better known professionally as P-Sol, that's quite staggering in its musical scope, as he flits back and forth seamlessly between house, disco, broken beat, Balearic, funk, boogie, soul, lounge and hip-hop - sometimes in the course of a single track, and pleasingly without simply reaching for a big box of over-familiar samples. From the cinematic jazz-funk nouveau of 'Donuts' to the druggy slo-mo soul of 'Down The Lane' via the smooth, Sunburst-esque contemporary disco of 'Sunnin', 'Dean Street' is an album that packs many musical delights and is best served whole - so do yourself a favour and grab a copy.

Written almost 900 years ago in Egypt, Mount Horev is the oldest hebrew liturgical poem (also known as ‘Piyut’) ever found. Originally composed by Rabbi Ovadia Hager, who migrated from Italy to Egypt, the song combines Middle Eastern and ancient European influences. Mount Horev, tells the biblical story of Mount Sinai and Moses’s journey, yet it also hides an ancient prophecy - liturgical songs were used to convey deep spiritual meanings as a way to transfer knowledge at a time in history when spiritual teachings passed by a word of mouth, from one generation to the next. Its prophecy talks about the need of spiritual awakening, and the required unity of the tribes.
Jerusalem born producers Gio Israel and OHAD discovered an old recording of Mount Horev in the sound archive of the Jeiwsh National Library. The production process didn’t take long. “The moment we played a beat on top of it the magic all happened by itself, it’s as if this ancient song was waiting to be rediscovered”. 
Ever Since its production ‘Mount Horev’ was played many times around the world, from Black Rock city to the Mexican Playas, and now, for this celebration of the holy days of light, it is presented as a gift to the world.

Alex Twin released his first track with Pipe & Pochet on our Paragon Compilation. Now, he is back with the "Dance to the Beat EP." This EP includes two original tracks and two remixes, one from Pandhora and another from Elif.

Alex got his inspiration for the track "Dance to the beat" when he heard an ancient Indian flute. While playing the sample, he started producing a groove in combination with the flute was able to make the tune into a dancefloor hit. The second track on the EP is called "Pandora." This track is groovy with nice middle eastern accents and a retro vibe.
