Stockholm-based web radio station airing new alternative sounds on a 24-hour basis, focusing on independently released (or unsigned) artists mainly from Scandinavia, UK, Australia/New Zealand and North America. The radio was founded as a non-profit initiative by Tommy Ericsson in Stockholm, Sweden in June, 2008. Between 2010 and 2012 more than two hundred concerts at venues and festivals around Scandinavia were live streamed to our website. Most of them are now available to stream on-demand in our archive.

Second system is a one man project. I started making Music in the late 90ties after getting my first Synthesizer more or less by accident. I finished the EMP Course at SAE in 2003. Second System started 2008 as a remixing project. Under this name the overall sound changed to a more melodic one and soon it became something in between Indie Synth Pop Electronic 8Bit Dance with, sometimes, a few experimental Sounds. The first release was Animal (Second System Remix) in Feb 2014 for Thermostatic. Since then Second System developed and started working on own tracks and coproducing for different other Artists.

germany-born and based melody connor found his inspiration under the califonian sun in 2016 and is exploring the wilderness between surf, garage and pop-tunes ever since.

Born in 1984 and based in Gothenburg, Sweden. John H has been DJing, as well as producing tracks, since the late 90s, with early musical influences spanning across a wide range of genres, from Detroit techno to IDM, Cologne acid craziness and the sound of Chicago house tracks.

The musical output of his DJ-sets usually spans between various forms of techno, house or acid depending on the time and location. On rare occassions during the summer you might also find him spinning electronica or ambient in some forest in the middle of nowhere.

His goal, he explains, is to give the crowd a fresh and different experience each time, but always taking them on a journey thru sound and dance.

John has performed on several locations all around Sweden, but also done appreciated gigs in other European countries at clubs like Tresor and Culture Box. His music has been released on labels like New York Haunted, Another Earth, Acid Lamour, Riot Recordings, Bond, Sway, Drumcode, HMWL and Flight Recorder, while also being featured in sets by DJs such as Sven Väth, Adam Beyer, Joris Voorn, Dense & Pika, Cari Lekebusch, Alan Fitzpatrick, Misstress Barbara, Karotte, Gregor Tresher, The Hacker and many more.

Thermostatic is a Swedish electronic band, formed in Gothenburg in 2003. Their music can be said to fall into the genre categories of bitpop and synthpop, with the band inspired by the "video games and computer era of the eighties".
After a self-released EP in 2004 their debut album, JoyToy, was released in May 2005 by Wonderland Records.

Humanizer, their second album, was released in May 2008 and the closing track, My Ship, was used in trailers for the Penumbra series by Swedish developer Frictional Games.

In April 2010, the group announced that it will no longer work together. Thermostatic played their final concert on May 1, 2010, at the club Sticky Fingers in Gothenburg.

However; three years later, in August 2013, an announcement was made that the group would reunite to perform a concert at Sticky Fingers to celebrate the 40th birthday of the label manager at Wonderland Records. For the occasion a brand new song was played; Animal –  a tune that was released on February 25, 2014, by the band themselves.
