Recently we discovered this beauty of a song from the Australian group "Crooked Colours" which is based in Perth and we fell immediately in love with it. The original is great, but a bit hard to dance to, so we rearranged some elements cause we thought some people might be interested in a more clubby version. It is tenderly made with the greatest respect for the original and we hope you will like it as much as we do. A great tune for fans of John Talabot and The XX ;). One of the key figures of the Berlin techno disco/chug scene and founder of the Kater Blau based Feinstoff parties, @freudenthal a.k.a 1/2 of @Pardonmoiband is a busy man – not only organizing the most colourful & sophisticated parties at respected venues like Salon Zur Wilden Renate, or Ritter Butzke, but also with a number of high quality releases (EP’s & Remixes) on labels such as Höga Nord Rekords, NEIN Records and Roam Recordings as well as his glorious live/DJ sets at Katerblau & Bachstelzen.

Tiempo De Maldad - Soufi (Freudenthal Remix)

Spanish producer @braqueberry returns to @iberianjuke next week with the 'Ether⚡️Ever' EP, which marks an interesting progression from his usual sun-kissed footwork jams. The two tracks contained here certainly draw considerable influence from the drum patterns and sonic signatures of Chicago juke, but they also draw a whole lot more into the equation, essentially spiking carnival hardcore with a zesty Latin twist.

The EP is also home to a pair of remixes courtesy of fellow Barcelona beatmakers ETM and @daniel-2000, and we're very happy to be premiering the latter of those, which dials down the tempo for a smoky house workout.
