Is a production partnership between Santiago Piaggio and Tomás Zancaner who are expressing a dreamy, mystic and weird sound. Morfing genres and organic textures, they search for the deepest story to tell.

Jerusalem is a song that negates the violence of the historical city by describing it, instead, as a heavenly paradise of fairy-tale mountains, valleys and rivers, which will, one day, be home, sweet home. Wherever they go, the purity of their vocal interplay is overwhelmingly beautiful, the lyric is ultimately hopeful, and the inherent tone of their message is true to their spiritual beliefs.
Nebula dreams up and feels deeply that an evening with Insingizi, is a sure recipe for a truly inspirational experience.

Hailing from Quebec City, he has gained international acclaim in recent years as a key figure for Soul Button’s Steyoyoke. Utilizing enveloping energy and ominous melodics, the Canadian’s progressive techno productions effortlessly catch the ear and hook the mind.

For his first project on XYZ, Monarke has connected with fellow Canadian artist Jessica Zese, who provides stunning vocal work on Otherside. Easy gliding pads and ambiances set the state for the melancholic vocals, allowing somber tones to guide us through the opening act of the EP.

Freaky Chakra returns to Monday Social Music with the second in a series of studio collabs with label boss Freddy Be. This time round the boys deliver a hypnotic, deep tech, groover featuring an array of remixes from highly respected producers Markus Homm, Jamie Stevens, and Arnas D.

First on deck, Australian producer Jamie Stevens rolls out an illustrious tribute to the late, great, Phil K with the "Love for Phil K Remix". A unique blend of emotional electronica and atmospheric breaks that effortlessly captures the spirit, depths, and style that Phil K was so well known for.

Next, we welcome Romanian born House producer Markus Homm who has made a name for himself over the years with noteworthy releases and production collabs with the likes of Gorge (8BiT) and Mihai Popovitciu (Cyclic). Markus Homm's crisp, propulsive grooves have always had one clear mission in mind, to get people on the dance floor which is precisely what he accomplished here with his Late Morning Dub.

The third and final mix introduces Lithuanian high flyer Arnas D who shifts gears and brings his trade mark progressive-tech sound to close out the first of many new Monday Social EP releases in 2021.

HMWL Premiere: El Mundo & Zazou - All Along The Way (Yannek Maunz & Paludoa Remix)

'Roger Martinez's Higher States begins the new year by welcoming Simos Tagias to the label for his debut EP. As one of the most recognized names in progressive house, the Greek artist has landed releases on Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat Music and Cid Inc's Replug Records. The Athens resident has continued to explore the creative realms of the genre in recent years, expanding his repertoire to it's more techno inspired derivatives, while never losing sight of his much-loved melodic sound. Now following a remix for Proton Music to begin the new year, Simos makes his first appearance on Higher States with 'Waterdrop / Fluxer'.

Approaching a decade-long production career, Simos continues to flourish, earning praise from the underground's elite DJs. The smooth, evocative vibes of 'Waterdrop' get the release underway and appear set for a similar fate. Following a prelude of warm beats, hip swinging percussion and wavy arps, comes redolent rhythms and soulful swells. Tastefully timeless and evolving with an energetic prowess, it's a spacious lead theme which shifts the narrative further into transcendent territory. Wispy effects and fragmented vocals add depth and emotion, coming to full fruition during the main break and elegantly peaking for a spirited final act.

Completing the release in fine fashion are the dreamy tech-vibes of 'Fluxer'. Showcasing a tighter rhythmic prowess than its predecessor, it's compact core and rippling low end aim squarely for the dance floor; while an airy resonance delivers a subtle yet powerful emotional response. Smooth and evocative, its seductive cadence pushes forward into a charming break, blanketed with glowing pads and iridescent effects, before ultimately melting down into a chugging finale. It rounds out a stunning two track showcase from Simos, setting the course for what should be an excellent year for the Greek artist.'
