More than 10 years after this dub first surfaced the internet and the original dubstep forum, I present the only full length upload with no other tracks mixed or MCs talking, of Kryptic Minds' Root VIP - this one consists of a total of 5 different cuts, making it truly the hardest one to recrate. Ending done by myself.

Having only heard Loefah's Jah War Remix, Mala's Bury Da Bwoy and a couple of Burial tracks, Kryptic Minds made this VIP without knowing the significant status of the original Root. 
This VIP catapulted Kryptic Minds from D&B into the dubstep scene, and dare I say, started the whole shift in the sound of dubstep towards the deeper and darker dungeon sound. 

Loefah if you're reading this, I'm still waiting for the 12" Loefah/Burial remixes of Kryptic Minds that you said would come out in late 2009, make it happen!
