Katerblau, this is exactly what I needed. Been in a bit of a funk lately with my dj sets struggling to enjoy the process myself or being overcritical, overwhelmed with perfectionism, or a general sense of insecurity, blocking my flow state.

The warm welcoming back into Acid Bogan and the Katerblau experience balanced all that out. 

Its definitely not all as smooth as i imagine, but the overall feeling of this 2022 approach felt very good for me. Enjoy

As the creator and resident of Colectivo Sonido Trópico of São Paulo, @s_paniol is a staple of his city’s local scene. The collective’s transcendental parties have brought the likes of Rampue, Oceanvs Orientalus, Xique Xique, Holger Hecler, and more to the city center while also traversing the world from Tulum to Tokyo. As a lifelong musician, Spaniol’s introduction to electronic music evolved from a background in classical guitar and flute as something of a “happy accident” whilst in his teens. Good thing for us though, as this current sound draws from all that surrounds him and has been featured on labels like Sol Selectas while gracing the stages at Katerblau, Sysifos, Heart Ibiza, De Martkantine and Public Works amongst others.

With elements of Classical, flashes of Brazilian Pop, Jazz, Samba, Caimbó, combined with both analog and didital percussion, the sounds of Spaniol are narrative, edgy, and undeniably energetic

You press play and you go "ooooh wow... yes.. give me more" ... Elias Doré is currently based in Geneva but grew up in Berlin and has acquired his musical taste from along his travels around the globe. He can play the saxophone and piano and you can tell that his musical background has brought his unique style of bringing the listener on a hypnotic journey of smooth deep dark yet melodic grooves. 

His music selection and energy to discover the latest musical productions from a huge variety of artists is incredible. The hard work truly shows in his mix tapes. 

This wonderful set he has done for Sunset Grooves has oriental, south american, berlin, mountain, seaside, (ok might be going a little far) elements in this mix. It will take you on an epic journey and with the Spring Sunshine arriving crack this mix on your loud speakers and soak in the atmosphere!

A very special set from a special gathering deep in Northern California forest. I was tasked with playing the closing set for the Moontribe Full Moon Gathering 26 Year Anniversary, so I had to make it extra special.

The journey contained within is a story deep into one's own consciousness. It is a maximum sound and vibration activation of one's psyche, and a deeply reflective experience, as it was for me to share this live. Upon numerous relistens, I've gone deeper and deeper into the vibes, and I hope you do as well, and enjoy the music for its healing potential. It's been over 4 years since I've released a Moontribe set, and this one called upon me to do so, so the choice was clear!

Niki Sadeki is a DJ, and music artist based in Vancouver, Canada. Within a very short time, and due in no small part to her signature sound, Niki has managed to put herself on the map alongside other renowned DJs and music artists.

With music at the forefront, she has been traveling globally and playing in acclaimed venues and festivals in cities such as Berlin, Amsterdam, Ibiza, Paris, London, Beirut, and many more. With a focus on deep, melodic and ethereal dance music, Niki conveys her expression of life to listeners and engages crowds through her sets when she’s behind the decks, and through dozens of podcasts and studio mixes. Her sets have been described as musical journeys, charming listeners and at the same time inviting them to dive into their own individual world of sensations.

Niki is also the founder and curator at Deep House Vancouver, a platform dedicated to showcasing DJs, musicians from various genres of electronic music through carefully crafted podcasts, premieres and releases. DHV also contributed tremendously to the local scene in Vancouver, by bringing in artists and introducing new sounds through hosted events and collaborations with other promoters. And in recent times, since the beginning of the pandemic, DHV has been a cross-posting partner for many livestreams hosted by Birdhouse, Klunkerkranich and United We Stream and SIMS: Selina International Music Summit. With her collectivist approach to music, she hopes to develop opportunities and expand the platform into a broader community which engages and unifies its listeners through the various sounds it explores.
