Definitely a different style. Like rock mixed with electronic and ambient.

There's that gorgeous guitar tone I come to rely on with this band, always experimenting and taking me in new directions.

Laxá's most ambitious track do date, "I Never Knew You" sees the band expand their sound into more ambient soundscapes with Cello player Lisbeth Heima driving the early part of the piece along with Mike's keyboard and piano. Sure there's the trademark guitars from Jussi and Bjarne's driving bass, but Matthias' drums are notably cleaner as the new sound starts to emerge.
