Orchid is a deep and delicate song with light strumming.

The gentle song is about loving yourself through PTSD and disassociation , feeling cut off from one's self, or out of body.
The song talks of holding your own hand and being with yourself as your own beloved , seeing yourself through the eyes of love when there is no-one else there,  and then finding that reflection in a true love.
Sometimes intimacy can feel intrusive to someone who has been abused , or neglected.
