International, Trax, Relief, Guidance, Underground Construction and most notably, Dance Mania we’re the soundtrack of our youth. That’s why we’re feeling very elated to bring you this release by an artist who started out with releases on Dance Mania, Tai Davis. Originally releasing music as Tyrone Davis and creating such classics as ‘Here It Cums’ and ‘Get Smokey’ on his ‘Slam Trax EP’ (DM146), Tai Davis is today a multi-instrumentalist, a singer and a producer. His new release on Top Billin perfectly brings together the aforementioned genres of Chicago house, making this a future ghetto house classic.

With heavyweight support from Peggy Gou, Bonobo, Gerd Jansen and Carl Cox, 2025 is shaping up to be huge. His Jungle and Breakbeat-Rave inspired album drops late in the year, and we can’t wait for what’s next.
