A fruitful collaboration between lyricist Andrew Birtles, composer David Watts, producer Dave Foister, and the beautiful voice of Kym Amps of which only two tracks were released on a 7". Now, almost 40 years after the original release date, the full album finally sees the light of day through Monte Cristo. 

Kym Amps' powerful and moving vocal performance is supported by minimal electronic new-wavish arrangements that were produced with, at the time, cutting edge equipment.

Kleingeld, our favourite new DJ from Rotterdam, made the first Nous’klaer Radio of 2020. We had the pleasure of seeing her play a couple of times in a small open air venue here called Keilecafe. Her selections are wild, not bound to any genre, blending kraut with DnB, hip hop, an occasional house track and lots of otherworldly electronica. Big thanks to @kleingeldkleingeld for the mix.

This power duo are the masterminds behind several creative outlets; from soundcloud.com/sound-metaphors - the renowned record shop, label, and its sub-labels (THANKYOU, MISSYOU, BLESSYOU) - to the infamous H.A.N.D. (Have A Nice Day) parties in Berlin. Their undying love for music and passion for digging up rhythmic masterpieces lost in time has manifested itself in their Kreuzberg record shop, which has become known for its exquisite selection of hand-picked releases. Their unique unfiltered style has earned them regular slots playing for esteemed steaming dancefloors like Cocktail D’Amore and Panorama Bar.

This 70-minute mix is jam-packed with fun fast-paced percussive selections, self-made edits, Hi-NRG guilty pleasures from Canada to China, and upbeat synthesizers. Dig in!

The launch of Tar Electronics Series comes with the re-issue of Audiomatik. A true gem by Neuro-D, first released as an LP in 2002 on the experimental label Poeta Negra. Eleven minimalistic electro bombs, remastered and pressed on double vinyl, club ready and highly addictive. The first disc is solid silver with black labels and the second is black with silver labels, both packed in silver printed sleeves and a black sleeve with silver sticker.
