this is one of the earliest recordings we have from the living room so it seems fitting that its the first one we upload to this account .It was 2005 and when i checked the flyer it says it was a 7pm evening set. For those of you who were there you will probably never forget it..... those were the golden years of shambhala

Aurical EP is AtYyA’s first auditory foray in 2015, following an array of acclaimed releases in 2014. The 4 track EP takes you on a cosmic journey through soundscapes of many colors, from deep and mysterious aural explorations, to vibrant voyages on a spaceship fueled by low end. With each track featuring shimmering synths, sparkling keys, & delicate melodies, all carefully harmonically tuned, Aurical is another example from AtYyA on how to redefine 808 music as we know it. AURICAL EP will be released on February 9th, 2015 under the mighty Merkaba Music. Keep an eye out for an upcoming spring tour and a debut album in 2015!

Here's my newest original tune - a bit of an aquatic adventure into some new territory for me. I spent a lot of time focusing on melody and sound design on "Low Tide", and I'm happy to present it now as a free download. When writing new music, especially after finishing an album, I try to let go of my old patterns and explore new ideas and themes that inspire me -- hopefully that shines through on this newest single. My friends at Vice Magazine's THUMP were gracious enough to lace you with the premiere and download - enjoy!
