Alcazar’s Suggestions On Working With Your Guides - Channeling

We suggest that you do this several times a day in the beginning, taking a few moments to reconnect to these three energies, the energies within your physical body, your energy field, your Superconscious field of the real you around the body and the energies in your heart center: the energies of love, the energies of compassion and the energies of deep gratitude.

Focus: Focus your awareness on your heart center and think about someone or something that you feel grateful for. Think about that situation and see if you can feel grateful, not just thinking but feeling. This is a great import, for it opens you to receive from the Quantum Field in many different ways.
