You live within the physical body in order to experience this physical reality, to learn from it, to experience the joys, the sadness, the physicality. Your body is slowly aging and developing imbalance. This is because of the limitations, the repressed feelings create imbalance and if an imbalance is held for long enough, it creates a disease. This is the body giving you a message to let go of what you are holding on to. It is time to sit in meditation and to ask yourself, what is it I need to understand? What is it I need to release? Spirit help me in understanding, help me in releasing. 

Focus: The Angels are sending you love to support you in this proccess, to help you feel the energies that will allow you to communicate with your Innate Intelligence. 

Key Teaching: Within your DNA field  is that part of Self that is often called the Innate Intelligence. It is this Intelligence that actually operates the body, this Intelligence that guides the body in its daily processes and that supports you. The Innate Intelligence responds to your human aspect, and so if you are carrying negativity, hatred, your Innate honors you because you are creating an experience for yourself.  And so your Innate starts to work with the physical body, to give you the experience within, of what these images of anger, frustration, do to you in the physical. The physical body is an honoring of your Innate Intelligence to support you in your awakening process. It is part of your Quantum Self. It is time to talk to your Innate Intelligence, to communicate with it, to learn how to do this, so you can say to your Innate, help me understand these lessons in this disease, so that the body does not have to suffer, but feel healthy and strong.

The Quantum Self, Intuition, and the Essence of Life

You have been trained to resent the limitations in yourself and in others, it is time to let that resentment go. Understand it as completing your wisdom, if you will. And so if you can love Self for bringing all of these things to your awareness, then they can actually dissolve into wisdom much more easily than if you are constantly trying to push them away or constantly trying to blame others.

Key Teaching: To love yourself is the greatest way you can assist others. Understand that the greatest way that you can benefit humankind is by loving yourself. When you love yourself, your whole energy changes and you are naturally more loving to those around you. But on a higher level, when you love yourself, you are changing the frequency of humanity, you are changing the frequency of that energetic field that connects you all. That is part of your Quantum Self, this energy field. And so by loving yourself, you are literally changing the frequency on your Earth through the Morphic Field of humanity.

Loving Yourself As You Are - Meditation

Loving Your Body, Loving Your Earthly Self

We are going to invite you to dissolve your boundaries. Just imagining the boundary of the body, the skin, in a sense, dissolving, so it is no longer a barrier. It is simply an image that can work to assist you in letting go of the idea that you need to be separate. You are not separate, you cannot be separate. It is an illusion. Through this illusion of separation, so much can be understood about the oneness. We are inviting you to stop holding on to the limited patterns, to stop holding on to the conditioning that is creating pain and limitation, sadness, anger, frustration, etc., in your life.
 
Focus: The Guides, Masters and Beings present in their Quantum Nature, are all here for you to help you dissolve your barriers, to let go so that change can happen. 

Key Teaching: When you let go, change happens. When you go to your bed tonight, feel the vibration within, you will be feeling the vibration of dormant DNA that has reawakened. That vibration is new to you in this lifetime, it is permanent change. Honor it and acknowledge yourself for allowing this change, even though you do not know how the reawakening of that DNA that is vibrating within you will change your life. By the next morning, it might feel as if it has gone away, as if that vibration is no longer there. It is still there. It is just that your body has got used to a new frequency.
