The Essence of Life is an opening, a reverence, a space where your beingness can be more fully felt, experienced in the body, and through that connection, the mysteries start to move closer to your human experience.  Feel the different levels of this Essence Energy, and allow these frequencies to flow through your body, to all of it or to a particular location, and to amplify within you. 

Focus: Isis is going to hold her frequency in this field, and there will be an energy transmission to guide you into the mysteries of the Essence of Life, through a doorway to the beyond, to the mysteries of the very nature of your being. 

Key Teaching:  Humanity has reached a place, a point where we are now free to restore our beautiful, beloved Gaia to her temple status. Essence Of Life Initiation • Meditation (No Music)

You live within the physical body in order to experience this physical reality, to learn from it, to experience the joys, the sadness, the physicality. Your body is slowly aging and developing imbalance. This is because of the limitations, the repressed feelings create imbalance and if an imbalance is held for long enough, it creates a disease. This is the body giving you a message to let go of what you are holding on to. It is time to sit in meditation and to ask yourself, what is it I need to understand? What is it I need to release? Spirit help me in understanding, help me in releasing. 

Focus: The Angels are sending you love to support you in this proccess, to help you feel the energies that will allow you to communicate with your Innate Intelligence. 

Key Teaching: Within your DNA field  is that part of Self that is often called the Innate Intelligence. It is this Intelligence that actually operates the body, this Intelligence that guides the body in its daily processes and that supports you. The Innate Intelligence responds to your human aspect, and so if you are carrying negativity, hatred, your Innate honors you because you are creating an experience for yourself.  And so your Innate starts to work with the physical body, to give you the experience within, of what these images of anger, frustration, do to you in the physical. The physical body is an honoring of your Innate Intelligence to support you in your awakening process. It is part of your Quantum Self. It is time to talk to your Innate Intelligence, to communicate with it, to learn how to do this, so you can say to your Innate, help me understand these lessons in this disease, so that the body does not have to suffer, but feel healthy and strong.

Communicating with Your Innate Intelligence • Meditation

This transmission can be used to create a protective field of light around you to move with you throughout your day. You have been trained to resent the limitations in yourself and in others, it is time to let that resentment go. Understand it as completing your wisdom, if you will. And so if you can love Self for bringing all of these things to your awareness, then they can actually dissolve into wisdom much more easily than if you are constantly trying to push them away or constantly trying to blame others.  

Focus: The Blessed Mother Mary is here to support you in loving Self, as you are. And the Violet Flames of Saint Germain wish to remove all that is no longer necessary. 

Key Teaching: To love yourself is the greatest way you can assist others. Understand that the greatest way that you can benefit humankind is by loving yourself. When you love yourself, your whole energy changes and you are naturally more loving to those around you. But on a higher level, when you love yourself, you are changing the frequency of humanity, you are changing the frequency of that energetic field that connects you all. That is part of your Quantum Self, this energy field. And so by loving yourself, you are literally changing the frequency on your Earth through the Morphic Field of humanity.

Loving Yourself As You Are - Meditation

Loving Kindness is an ancient Buddhist practise that is also known as Metta Bhavana. Compassion and loving kindness helps us heal relationships and move forward. It also allows us to enhance our existing relationships.
In this transmission you will connect with high angelic forces and utilise the crystal and planetary grids to prepare for this process. This prepares the way for the loving kindness process. 

Please note it is important during this process to stay focused on your cycle of breath. Secondly it is important to stay focused on the mantra, “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” (The mantra changes when used in connection with another person, “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.”). The steps in this transmission are as follows:

* Focus on the cycle of breath. * Call Angelic forces (Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel) who hold the horizontal space around you. * Then we call Metatron and Sandalphon to hold the vertical space. * We then call the Higher Self. * After resting in this expanded state, we send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well.
