This meditation was channelled during the New Year 2019 Intensive in Mount Shasta.

Your mind is multi dimensional , you have the ability for infinite experiencing, you have the ability to simply step out of time, you have the ability to live for years and years in a split second. You have the ability to realign this physical body back to perfection.  You have these abilities. The only thing that is preventing you from living them this moment is the way that you have perceived things in the past. Your perception of reality is so rigid, that it takes time to become more flexible. 

Focus: Alcazar and your Superconsciousness wish to support you in this new level of knowing, and to encourage you to allow for the possibility that your journey here has a far greater purpose than simply your own evolution. 

Key Teaching:  Invite that which was rigid to become flexible, and then invite that which is flexible to become flowing, and then that which is flowing to be an all encompassing experience.  It is time to know thyself, it is time to be free, it is time to come home to who you truly are, this time to live in the oneness, whilst you are still in the physical.  We await you.
