NERO and THE DOGGS - BLACK LOUD POWER

Nero is simply fuckin' rock'n'roll. Just the sound of the street that reaches you and marks you deep down inside. It's a wild music desease that explodes 
in your brain in the dark of the night.Nero is a rush of paranoia and truth, a rush of distorsion and feedback that chases you till death. The Doggs are his
goodfellas. They are his armed arms against the law, against any kind of law, against any compromise, against the fake world that surrounds us, we are simply
against you. Angry guitars that kick your ass, obsessive and psychedelic rhythms are their label mark. Nero & The Doggs are just a band of dirty,grave,raw,rotten rock'n'roll inspired by a true and deep passion for the musical garage/punk scene of  the latest '60 and '70.Stooges, Mc5, Velvet underground, Dead Boys, New York dolls and Black Sabbath are their holy bible. Nothing more nothing less. Nero is the leader singer and bass player. He is the soul and the mouthpiece of this ensemble. The Doggs are the rest that 
completes the holy trinity.

Born from the union and division of differents souls, Nero & The Doggs are musically active in the underground scene since 
January 2009 and during these years they came out with two Ep's (The Doggs - 2009 - No front Teeth Records, Black Love - 2011 - self-released), one 
compilation (Sounds of underground - 2010 - VoloLibero Edizioni) and one album (Red Sessions - 2012 - self-released).


King Bong was born in the year of VIII, the breed of one night of wild intercourse between the Universal Evil and the very principle of Life. The Beast has claimed the intergalactic throne as its own and has immediately set course on a path towards immortality.

The three acolytes of the King have constantly been refining their sound, based on live playing and improvising. The chaotic breed of influences, spanning from oppressive riffs to over-the-top funky vibes, from noise aggressions to placid seas of synthesizers is able to bring the listener through an adventurous musical trip. As years go by, new influences come into play and King Bong’s aural exploration goes deeper and deeper.
In 10 years King Bong have published a streak of mostly live recordings exploring venues and ideas and finding their own voice.

2018 is the beginning of a new adventure called “Beekse Bergen”: an ongoing series of fully improvised albums where the three follow the map of a mythical land. Every evening a new route on the map is choosen and described with new music by the fearless armies of the King.

Epitaph Records is an independent music label founded in Los Angeles by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz. Early releases from a variety of punk heavyweights spawned what became known as the 90s punk explosion. 

Along the way Epitaph proudly launched its sister label ANTI-, representing unique and distinguished acts. From the beginning Epitaph’s mission has been to serve the musicians on its diverse and creative roster - an artist-first model, radical twenty years ago, and much imitated today.
