Here is our last broadcast of 2024 from our radiopodcast space on centerwaves.com that aired on 12/20.

Peterson (@peter-sound) was the vinyl-loving artist and selector in charge of saying goodbye to this year of good sessions at alternativeloftt.

We had the pleasure of having this session that he lovingly recorded for us especially for our program and it shows that it was.

Influenciat directament per la música afroamericana, aquest jove va començar la seva carrera girant els 45s a l'escena soul i rhythm & blues de BCN.
Amb els ritmes negres al nucli, la necessitat d'explorar i descobrir nous sons no cessa mai,
oferint un ambient versàtil darrere de les cobertes, meticulosament calculat per a l'èxit de l'acció de la pista de ball.

Des del 2016 co-dirigeix Reel to Reel, un club de ball amb seu a Londres nascut a Barcelona.
R2R està especialment enfocat al costat soul de la música de ball avançada, la discoteca d'alt octà, els sintetitzadors bojos, el boogie funk i el genial il·limitat.

A més, des del 2022, forma part de B.U.M.P.,
que significa Barcelona Underground Music Phreaks,
una discoteca itinerant i una comunitat de música electrònica de ball avançada.

Actualment està realitzant una residència a la discoteca Retro Future, el nou club de ball de Barcelona, i viu a Eivissa, on té una residència als hotels del grup Concept.

La seva necessitat de pagar la música per tot el que li ha donat ha impulsat inevitablement l'inici de la seva carrera com a productor musical.
El seu primer projecte podria veure la llum molt aviat. Estigueu atents.

Es descriu a si mateix com un "activista de l'escena local" i un defensor des de fa molt temps de la preservació de la cultura del club.
No és d'estranyar que hagi participat en alguns dels millors clubs i festes de la ciutat i de l'estranger, Razzmatazz, Nitsa, Upload, Glove Party, DROP, Freedonia, La Terrazza, Laut, Pikes, Brilliant Corners, Constellations i ADE entre d'altres. També, ciutats com Londres, Manchester, Liverpool, Zuric, Luzern, Milà, Vigo, Nova York, Eivissa i Buenos Aires
també han cedit a les seves cançons que sacsegen el botí.

Directly influenced by African American music, this young fella began his career spinning 45s in the BCN soul and rhythm & blues scene.
With black beats at his core, the need to explore and discover new sounds never ceases,
delivering a versatile vibe behind the decks, meticulously calculated for dance floor action success.

Since 2016 he co-runs Reel to Reel, a Londo-born Barcelona-based dance club.
R2R is specially focused on the soulful side of advanced dance music, high octane Disco, crazy-ass synths, boogie funk and unlimited cool.

Also, since 2022, he is part of B.U.M.P.,
which stands for Barcelona Underground Music Phreaks,
a roaming nightclub and community for advanced electronic dance music.

He is currently holding a residency at Retro Future disco club, the new dance club in Barcelona, and living in Ibiza,
where he has a residency in the hotels of the Concept group.

His need to repay music for all that it has given him has inevitably prompted the start of his career as a music producer.
His first project could see the light of day very soon. Stay tuned.

He describes himself as a 'local scene activist' and a long-time supporter of club culture preservation.
It's no surprise he's taken part in some the finest clubs n parties in town and abroad, Razzmatazz, Nitsa, Upload, Glove Party, DROP, Freedonia, La Terrazza, Laut, Pikes, Brilliant Corners, Constellations & ADE among others. Also, cities like London, Manchester, Liverpool, Zurich, Luzern, Milano, Vigo, NY, Ibiza & Buenos Aires
have also given in to his booty-shakin' tunes.
