This mix is an exquisite journey through multiple genres and tempos, striking a balance between provoking emotion and heavy grooving.
 .
 My idea for this set was the balance and sacred dance of joy and grief, and the role these play in the story of humanity.
 .
 I had just gotten back from New Orleans, being with my grandmother and my family as she passed on. So this mix took a lot of strength and determination to deliver on the level of which i wanted to offer the community of dancers. And the theme of grief and joy was especially present. 
.
 The first 10% was planned and the last 90% was a freestyle, guided intuitively by the energy of the many dancers in the room.
 .
 In closing is an original sound healing track under my other moniker (more on this to come). I was also mic’d up with bowls and drums n such but that is not present in the recording.
. 
Probably my favorite mix I have ever done to this day.

Boulder Ecstatic Dance Live Mix

I had my best regional burn at Otherworld this year, was asked to join the line up with DJ. N.iL., HollyWould, Tigress at the north island Lazo Laze in Decompression free event. Thanks again to Kindle Arts for all they do, for this one they donated funds which Alex and Sarah Blais (hosts) leads from Curiouser and Curiouser coffee camp allocated so tickets were at no charge.... So the gifting economy live on.  Decommodification and gifting are two burner principles and this is such a treat to experience, certainly a key highlight for any Burn (regional or BRC burn). Stoked to have played this set one week before departure for my first Burn in Nevada! The decompression gatherings are key to our integration. I want to leave you with a question. How can you integrate your experience of burner culture or the ten principles in your day to day in between all the burns we get to play in? Mix photo was taken with my mobile. To quote Cereal Killers camp at this years Burning Man. "The smiles on peoples faces" is his favourite part of serving their buffet of sugary cereals, the ones mom never let you have!!!!1

This is an all-original adventure set that I recorded at Co:Creation festival in Austin Texas. That was seriously one of the best times of my life. I got to meet so many kindred creative spirits including artists, musicians, writers, and sound designers and I played my music for the biggest crowd yet. I was feeling really grateful that this happened and that I remembered to record my set, so here it is!
