Also the opportunity to play recent releases by Moodymanc on Well Cut Records, Scruscru on Blur Records, Jason Merle on House Salad Music, Simon Sheldon on Shades Of Sound Recordings, and lots of other great stuff.

Save Your Friends From Bad Music is a strictly vinyl movement born in Buenos Aires. No fixed location, no fixed format, just selectors, records, and sound systems good enough to do them justice. We move from space to space, bringing music that doesn’t chase trends or algorithms. It’s not for everyone, it's for your friends and friends of friends.

Pablo Terreil is a key figure in Argentina’s underground electronic scene, with a DJ career spanning over two decades. Known for his refined and expansive vinyl collection, Pablo crafts immersive sets that explore the roots and evolution of house music — from the acid sound of Chicago and the soul of Detroit to UK broken beat and the deep, jazzy grooves of Miami and New York. As co-founder of Club Rayo, he played a vital role in the early rave culture of Buenos Aires, shaping the city’s sonic identity. He continues to influence the scene through his work with Soulutions Records and a weekly show on 8 Bitz Radio, where his deep musical knowledge finds new expression.

Fran Di Gianni is a Buenos Aires-based DJ, producer, and one of the foundational voices of Argentina’s deep house movement. As a founding member of Club Rayo in the late '90s, he helped define the underground sound of the city, blending IDM, dub techno, minimal, and deep house into an introspective yet danceable experience. A passionate cultural explorer, Fran’s sets are built on emotional storytelling and groove, with a focus on constant reinvention. Through his label Soulutions Records, he has released both digital and vinyl projects, collaborating with local and international artists while continuing to nurture a scene rooted in artistic freedom and timeless music.

I'm fully rested after the summer break, re-inspired to continue the deep explorations of the sessionAlpha25 shows. This session, a mixture of house and rhythms, is heavily centred on the Detroit vibe. Loopy vibes sit side by side with the deepest of the deep. Good times!
All blended to take you on a blissful journey, or help you focus on that task, mixed in one take. I'm actually really pleased where I ended up.

A special 2 hour show this month, all vinyl and only purchases from the last 2 weeks digging in record shops across the UK! 

I was back home for 2 weeks for a holiday on the South East coast of the UK and arrived back in Amsterdam with a 60+ new buys. This show highlights the diversity and range in record stores across the UK from reggae, dub and street soul to US disco, funk and house! A majority of these were bought in Hastings and St Leonards from Pressing Matters, Wow and Flutter and Courthouse Records - and then a couple from a day in London at Atlantis Records.
