The song is about a closeness that feels intoxicating and destructive at the same time. It’s not love that heals – it’s love that exposes, digs into wounds, and turns intimacy into something ritualistic and dangerous. Desire, addiction, and self-erasure blur together until you can’t really tell where one ends and the other begins.

You can read it as a toxic relationship, a self-destructive kind of love, or something darker and more symbolic – a demon, an obsession, maybe even the Prince of Darkness himself. The ambiguity is intentional. The “you” could be a lover, a vice, a trauma, or a projection of inner chaos.

Or maybe it’s simpler and more gothic than that: maybe it’s just Dracula, slowly draining the life out of you. Not in a clean, cinematic way, but intimate, patient, almost tender. Feeding becomes closeness, destruction becomes devotion.

Stylistically, it lives in the space between Black and Death Metal, slow, heavy, and ritualistic, with room for melodic or alternative interpretations. Brutal and intimate at once. It’s not a love song – it’s about giving yourself to something you desire, even while it’s taking everything you are.
