Bizzy Bone recently spoke about this song in an interview, clarifying that the track's title is "Murda May", rather than "Murda Me", as it was affectionately known to fans.  Bizzy went on to explain that the track was made during a time of turmoil with Tomica Wright and Ruthless Records.  The song is a dedication of sorts - to a season of revenge.

I made this song for Bizzy Bone.  I hope to give it to him one day with my sincerest "thank you" for some of my favorite music in the world.  Bizzy and Krayzie Bone remain two of my biggest influences in music.  Bone Thugs-n-Harmony made me proud to be from Cleveland.

Blix and Statik created Troubled Minds in 1999 (originally "Troubled Mindz"). After recording their first, experimental project, the group was forced on a hiatus during the mid-2000s due to life events. They reformed in 2018, reappearing as Troubled Minds, featuring new members and collaborating with other emerging artists and producers. 
Blix, the backbone of the group, is a production mastermind, talented writer/lyricist, & conceptual creator of the group. 
Statik, whom Blix calls 'the brains of the group', is an adept producer with a natural talent for hooks, complex flows, and a distinctive presence. 
Both share a storied past with mental illness, often describing themselves as "broken people making music for other broken people." They hope to raise awareness of what lies behind our fake smiles and fragile egos.
